Project Highlights

We joined forces with the Tarrant County Housing Partnership to build high-performance affordable housing options for low to moderate-income families. Through the Fort Worth Homebuyer’s Assistance Program, we collaborated on eight energy-efficient homes located on infill lots in the Hillside Morningside neighborhood. With ENERGY STAR® Certification, these houses can help the families who live in them manage their energy use for better monthly utility bills.

This project earned the Structural Insulated Panel Association (SIPA) 2017 Building Excellence Award.
