Project Highlights

We enjoyed working with a returning customer who was looking to give her 1920 coffee house a facelift, with some structural repairs along the way. Located in a historic district, we worked on behalf of the owner to navigate the historical commission’s requirements while minimizing the amount of downtime her business experienced. The end result is a beautifully unique space in the heart of downtown Dallas.
