Project Highlights

This mid-century modern home instantly charmed our clients, despite its recent years of neglect. Amidst rumors that other bidders just wanted to tear it down, they purchased it with a vision of restoring its original beauty.

Teaming up with the owners and their interior designer, we worked to restore and thoughtfully renovate the home. We restored the terrazzo floors, the original turquoise kitchen sink, oven, and stovetop, and the original wood paneling in the main living area. We created a luxurious master suite featuring a modern soaking tub and walk-in shower accented by stellar Modwalls tile. The damaged exterior siding and stone required repairs, and we painted inside and out. Aesthetics weren’t all we upgraded: we installed spray foam insulation, new energy-efficient windows and sliding doors, a tankless water heater and an upgraded mechanical system to create up-to-date comfort.
